the training was aimed at transforming their lives through economic empowerment.

“We are working as a consortium of three women led organisations in promoting Early Recovery for Women and Girls in Adamawa and Taraba States, especially in communities affected by conflicts.

“I want to thank UN women and WPHF for their funding and technical support to ensure that this intervention impact positively on families and communities at large. Without their funding and technical support we would not have been here.

“Our target is to provide support to you the women sitting here and beyond as well as transborder refugees and people with disabilities to ensure that your lives are transformed for the better.

“I urge you all to take the training seriously and participate actively so that our intervention will succeed when we go to your communities to support you with inputs and small agribusiness ventures.”
